ARK Studios™ is a production brand of ARKofUSA Inc., a Nevada C-Corporation. Services include music production, video production, podcast production, book publishing assistance, and brand content creation.
Upon full payment, clients receive license to use deliverables for personal or commercial use. ARK Studios™ retains the right to credit the studio in connection with produced works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
50% deposit required to begin work. Remaining balance due upon delivery. No deliverables released until full payment received.
Revision rounds as specified in your package. Additional revisions billed at $75/hour. Major scope changes require a new agreement.
Timelines are estimates. Rush fees apply to expedited delivery requests. ARK Studios™ is not liable for delays caused by client latency in providing required materials.
Nevada law governs these Terms.
