The GOAT Academy™ provides basketball training and coaching services. ARK Coaching & Mentorship™ provides athletic and business coaching. Both are programs of ARKofUSA Inc., a Nevada C-Corporation.
Sessions and programs are billed as described. Membership billing is monthly and auto-renews until cancelled. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Individual sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. No-shows forfeit the session fee. Memberships may be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Physical training involves inherent risk. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. ARKofUSA Inc. is not liable for injuries sustained during training unless due to gross negligence.
The GOAT Academy™, ARK Coaching & Mentorship™, and all training materials are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Nevada law governs these Terms.
